CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Please ensure you choose your sizes carefully, as in most cases we are unable to guarantee stock availability.

For your item to be considered for a size exchange it must meet the criteria below; 

• Returns and size swaps to be made within 7 days of item arrival unless another arrangement has been made with the team. 
• BigBoiSneakers authentication tag must be attached
• Item/s must be in the original condition they were in when shipped by us, (Including Shoe Box) including but not limited to: No damage, no creases, no sole wear & all original packaging included
• Any extra laces, and/or accessories must also be included
