Pickup Window: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 12 pm–3 pm (closed on public holidays)

⚙️ Handling Time
Most orders are dispatched from Auckland or our Aussie warehouse within 1–3 business days. Occasionally, select items may require extended processing (8–10 business days) — check the product description to be sure.
For marketplace or drop-based items, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

📆 Holiday Cut-Offs
Orders dispatched from our NZ warehouse for delivery before Christmas must be placed by December 19.
🛠 Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We partner with trusted couriers to ensure items arrive in perfect condition.

Once marked delivered to the correct address, we’re not responsible for loss or theft.

Contact us immediately if you suspect a problem—we’ll liaise with the courier to investigate.

💡 Tip: Use a secure address (like work) and monitor your tracking closely.
📦 After Your Order Ships
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way.
International tracking will transition to your local postal service after leaving NZ.
