At Big Boi Sneakers, we’re dedicated to delivering your kicks and collectibles safely and swiftly across New Zealand — and across the globe. Here's everything you should know:

Want to skip delivery? We’re launching Click & Collect soon!

  • Eligible items will display “Collection Available” on the product page.

  • Pickup Window: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 12 pm–3 pm (closed on public holidays)

  • Location: Auckland central fulfilment hub

  • Ready within 24 hours, once available

⚙️ Handling Time

Most orders are dispatched from Auckland or our Aussie warehouse within 1–3 business days. Occasionally, select items may require extended processing (8–10 business days) — check the product description to be sure.

For marketplace or drop-based items, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

All domestic orders include tracking and delivery guarantees by New Zealand Post.

  • Standard Shipping – from NZD 10.95 | 3–6 working days

  • Express Shipping – from NZD 24.95 | 2–5 working days

Rest of the World

  • Standard International – from NZD 39.95 | 4–8 working days

⚠️ Note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply upon arrival depending on your country. These costs are the buyer's responsibility.

🎁 Parcel Cover (Recommended)

Choose Parcel Cover at checkout:

  • Faster resolution and compensation for lost/damaged items

  • Valid for 21 days from dispatch

  • International orders are not covered once shipped abroad unless Parcel Cover is selected

📆 Holiday Cut-Offs

Orders dispatched from our NZ warehouse for delivery before Christmas must be placed by December 19.

🛠 Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • We partner with trusted couriers to ensure items arrive in perfect condition.

  • Once marked delivered to the correct address, we’re not responsible for loss or theft.

  • Contact us immediately if you suspect a problem—we’ll liaise with the courier to investigate.

  • 💡 Tip: Use a secure address (like work) and monitor your tracking closely.

📦 After Your Order Ships

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way.
International tracking will transition to your local postal service after leaving NZ.
