After placing an order in October 2024, I was sceptical that the shoes would ever arrive, as the previous business owner failed to respond to numerous follow-up requests on Instagram [at the time the only mode of communication available], resulting in a chargeback from my bank.
However since then, new owners have bought the business and have more than made up for these shortcomings. The response from customer service has been excellent. I would be very happy to purchase from this company again, and would certainly recommend them as of September 2025.

I am insanely pleased with the customer service. I received a phone call from someone from this company to inform me that the size of shoes i ordered was not yet in the warehouse and i could either wait 3 days or get my shoes the next day for a different size. I was so surprised that i got a phone call rather than an email. This goes to show the real care this company has for their customers as individuals not just numbers. Keep up the good work!
